Since joining Montessori Renaissance Academy (MRA) in 2018, Tanya has become a vital part of the school. What she finds most rewarding about working in a Montessori school is the philosophy’s emphasis on independent, child-driven learning. This approach, she believes, allows each child to develop uniquely, flourish in their own way, and discover their independent identities. Tanya is a strong advocate for this style of education, as it aligns with her belief in nurturing individuality and self-discovery in children.
